Manage the sales and partner enablement team. We help our sales and channel partners know how to position, sell and talk about Zoho CRM through webinars, data sheets, presentations and conferences.Responsible for content strategy for new product feature launches including webinars, email campaigns, user guides, social posts, videos, blogs and website content. Responsible for marketing strategy of our offline lead generation program including marketing through trade shows, conferences, webinar campaigns and co-branded collateral with thought leaders and channel partners. Responsible for analyst relationships including Gartner, Forester, and independent analysts. This includes managing the entire vendor review process for analyst publications.Specific Achievements:Developed a customer and sales/partner on-boarding program.Developed channel partner webinar program. Analyzed and created buyer personas for CRM.Completed three product launches which included- writing content and oversee production for: video scripts, website content, email marketing campaigns, sales email templates, ebooks, blogs, comparison docs, selling guides, infographics and webinars.Placement in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for Sales Force Automation, and ranked as #2 in Capterra's Best CRM Products for 2017.
