Responsible for the strategy and direction for the following teams:* Talent Acquisition Strategy/Process (created global shared services organization around recruiting and related back-office support, resulting in significant improvement in cost, quality and time to hire, as well as growth in diverse talent pipelines)* Talent Acquisition Technology/Systems (global selection & deployment of standardized technology, training, help desk, admin. and reporting including integrations with multiple systems)* Applicant sourcing and branding (created global internal advertising and media organization to provide sourcing. Increased portal visits from 2,300/month to over 200,00 per month with a significant visitor to applicant ratio. Added social platforms and predictive market expansion methodology)* Recruiting Process Outsourcing (developed internal product around support services in recruitment, creating a new revenue stream)* Employee Selection and Assessments (managed the I/O team and over 40 customized; OFCCP compliant psychometric and skill assessment batteries. Implemented language assessments that drove quality of hire for a variety of work-types in multiple languages.
