Mrs. Carbó specializes in the planning and design of water supply and water and wastewater treatment engineering projects. She has 14 years of professional experience in designing water and wastewater treatment facilities; conducting water supply and wastewater planning studies, hydrology and hydraulics studies, and environmental assessments; performing environmental and construction management; and developing wetland mitigation plans. Mrs. Carbó has a comprehensive knowledge of environmental engineering and the application of environmental legislation. She is experienced in collecting environmental field data to prepare Environmental Impact Statements (EIS), Environmental Assessment (EA) documents, and water quality studies for state and federal compliance. In addition, Mrs. Carbó has performed 12 years Instrumentation and Control design including the development of P&IDs, System Architecture, Interconnection Diagrams and Control Panels, Instrument and I/O schedules, I&C Technical Specifications. Also some experience in SCADA and PLC programming in several new and upgrade projects.
