Our office provides a warm, inviting atmosphere for clients who may feel at their lowest due to financial difficulties. It's my duty to welcome them into our office with a free consultation at a mutually convenient time. I help them navigate through the early steps of gathering information to determine what options are available to them and what would benefit them best. From there, I assist in the daily activities of our office personnel, from answering phones to communicating with other attorneys and US Trustees. Communication is a integral part of the office life, so I am the key person for all incoming and outgoing communication. I also will process client payments and update all invoices with special attention paid to the time frame for our clients' cases. Also, I am the face and voice for the office. Normally, I am the first voice clients hear on the phone and the first face the see upon arrival.

While with AT&T, both corporate and dealer, I was partially responsible for interviewing and hiring of employees. Also, I greeted and assisted customers throughout the work day. I would oversee the daily bank deposits and would reconcile the invoices and deposits as well.
