While at Media Vision, the favorite part of my day comes from working together with my team to create campaigns that get results for our clients. After our collaborative creative sessions, my job is to bring the concepts to life. To do this, I create content and adapt the material across a wide spectrum of media. In addition to writing short form copy for ads placed in newsprint, on air spots for radio and television commercials and youtube videos. I am also responsible for long format content such as websites and newsletters. I also co-create interactive & social media strategies for clients to broaden their brand exposure through facebook, twitter, blogs, eblasts and youtube. Created lesson plans for the drama class at Harmony Christian School for 9th - 12th graders. Our class is built so that students can build self-confidence by supporting each other and exploring their God given talents. We cover drama in many forms including improvisation, acting for the camera, voice over work, children's theater, traditional theater and the various techniques that apply to each medium. Additionally because we are a Christian School, I try to address how we can use our gifts to serve others such as in the mission field.

Responsible for an annual volume of $40+ million dollars in annual volume. Managed the Marshall Field's (once owned by Target) & Carson Pirie Scott accounts. As the account manager I developed assortment plans for Marshall Fields that met the needs of the account at a door level while selling into pre-planned inventory, managed the account on a day to day basis (by monitoring sales performance and inventory needs at door level), developed and proposed financial plans, helped to guide special product geared specifically for the Marshall Field customer, work with our merchandisers out in the field to ensure the product is properly stocked & displayed to maximize sales, worked with management on store enhancement packages and the installation of shops as well as assist with selecting product to appear in catalogs and advertisements. Closely monitored retail sales performance for both accounts at a door level on a weekly, monthly and seasonal basis. Evaluated best selling products and strove to continually increase regular price sell thru. Strategized incentive programs as needed to increase profitability. Developed 6 month plans to project a profitable and growing business. Also worked with the Macy's West, Macy's.com and Carson Pirie Scott accounts during my time with Dana Buchman.
