Corporate and regulatory specialist with experience working with local and multinational companies on cross-border transactions, particularly in the financial services industry. I am the General Counsel for Mourant Governance Services with responsibility for the in-house legal team providing support across our global jurisdictions. I am also the Chair of Mourant's global Friends, Family & Carers network which focuses on inclusion issues.Whilst in private practice in the City and Jersey, I worked closely with a number of private equity firms to support the entire life cycle of an investment. I also provided advice to local banks and financial services firms in relation to ongoing compliance, outsourcing and restructuring, as well as having experience in the payments sector. My experience also included secondments with major UK and international banks, as well as technology companies.I am a non-executive director of Jersey Opera House and a member of IoD Jersey.
