Website creation, SEO and Social Media control. Analytics of marketing tools, design of hard and soft copy promotional literature. Responsible for liaising with the partners and agents, building new relationships in European countries, creating promotional material and writing & implementing the online strategy.

Initially joined the company on a temporary consignment of approaching companies and sending samples to develop sales levels but became a permanent member of staff doing sales and marketing for the company. Developed and helped launch new website, including email marketing surrounding the launch, alongside setting up and advising the company of analytics to gain insight into data for SEO purposes. Advised them on social media platforms and produced relevant data on product and market research, including competitor research.

Marketing and administration for exhibitions in Asia and the Middle East alongside providing administrative and organisational support to the Project Manager. Worked on CRM database management and e-mail campaign processes, including analysing of data and statistics from marketing campaigns and for website development to increase SEO. Due to the Project Manager leaving, also became Acting Project Manager for the organisation of four overseas projects from October 2011 to April 2012.
