While I take on new responsibilities within Pearpop, I am still continuing to do everything listed under my previous role of Office and Administrative Manager. As the Strategy and Business Operations Manager for the Chief Executive Office, my role is to serve as an extension of our CEO in helping define & execute Pearpop’s business goals. My core focus areas are helping define overall business, operations, marketing & product strategies, spearhead investor relations, lead Human Resources and recruiting, improve internal operations, assist with PR and organize PR events and logistics, as well as actively nurture the company’s can-do culture.In addition, I am running all of Pearpop's social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn) and help produce content needed to improve brand awareness. It's an all hands on deck situation over here, but I am willing and able to take on any and every responsibility handed my way!

I worked for Lirio as a People and Culture Intern. Lirio is a behavior change AI platform that unites behavioral science with artificial intelligence powering your ability to move people along their unique journey to better health, through person-centered communication.As the first official intern at Lirio, my job was to create a formalized internship program for the Summer of 2021 that was presented to the Executive Leadership Team. To create the program, I used my past experiences and empathy to understand what works and what doesn't.The program has 3 main objectives:1. Provide educational opportunities for students at our partner universities to help them better understand the realities of working at Lirio and our overarching goal to combine the power of behavioral science with artificial intelligence to drive positive behavior change for the betterment of all people.2. Increase students’ knowledge of Lirio and the relationship between our different departments including, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Behavioral Science, Customer Operations, Development, General & Administration, Information Security, Marketing, People & Culture, Product, Project Management, and Sales & Revenue.3. To create a mutually beneficial talent-pool pipeline in which provides students with future career opportunities at Lirio, and also allows Lirio to retain high performing talent, critical to our continued success.On top of creating a formalized internship program, I volunteered my time to help Lirio in any and every way possible. Specifically, I generated ideas on how to maintain company culture while working remotely. I created a company-wide calendar where colleagues are able to accept or decline different events based on their interests, ranging from virtual book clubs, happy hours, cook-offs, and more. Lastly, I developed Lirio's LinkedIn page, specifically Lirio's Life Page, to attract and ultimately retain top talent and performers within this field.

In the Spring of 2020, I worked as an operations and business development intern for Kindbody, a start-up women's reproductive health company changing the future of health and fertility. Throughout this internship, I worked closely with the business development team as well as the operations team to help drive strategy and innovation to produce desired results as well as superior customer satisfaction. Specifically, I helped run the day to day operations at the clinic by working closely with the clinic director, physicians, and clients. I also worked closely and intentionally with the business development and strategy team to help further their current business development pipeline, market analytics, and hyper-personalized approach to fertility care.
