Great leadership and direct supervision while enlisted in the Air Force as a Material Manager led me to complete my enlistment and study Supply Chain Management, graduating from Boise State University in May 2018. Prior to graduation I had the opportunity to work as an Intern for 1,4GROUP, a company whose vision of ensuring food preservation and sustainability to help eliminate world hunger resulted in dormancy and sprout inhibiting products which are applied to potatoes post harvest to extend their shelf life. After Graduation, this opportunity grew and I gained global supply chain experience as 1,4GROUP’s first Supply Chain Manager. This was an exciting role to be in as I interacted with local teams as well as teams in the U.K., Canada, and in Central America for the betterment of the company.During my time with Albertsons, I had the opportunity to experience the Procurement side of the company's Supply Chain by providing reports to assist the Buyers in their purchasing decisions. This role required me to keep up with a fast paced and demanding business while managing tasks to support the Buyers, Warehouse Team, Store Management, and also external companies who delivered purchase orders to the warehouse. Most recently I have supported FiberLight's Network Operations within the areas of Purchasing, RMA Processing, Critical Spare Support, Inventory Management, Logistics Coordination, to name a few. This role has exposed me to the telecommunications world, Project Management Coordination, and provided me experience with NetSuite and Salesforce while allowing me to leverage my previous experience.
