My career experience spans from working in advertising agency to working in larger, multi-location businesses. Regardless of whether those businesses are private, non-profit or public, my focus has always remained on outstanding professionalism and results. I am a self-directed individual, but am also an effective mediator when collaborating ideas from several groups. I work hard to ensure my work always stays in line with the strategic plans and objectives for the organization. I am very loyal and hard-working, able to adapt to the changing needs of the marketplace and the changing technologies used there by consumers and businesses alike.My accomplishments include customer communication and retention during difficult changes. In all cases, we were able to exceed projections, conversions were far above industry averages and customer satisfaction was maintained at a very high level.I enjoy new challenges, learning about emerging technologies and traveling unconventional paths to get to a destination.
