Communicate with current and potential clients to plan events, private parties (showers, weddings, receptions, retreats, meetings, etc.) and retreats at The Pike House. In charge of prospecting, brand strategy, leading market research, shaping client database, organize presentations and present them, manage clients on a daily basis, proofreading, writing proposals and invoices, in charge of time and budget management on projects regarding fundraisers, trade shows, and campaign rollouts. Collaborate with multiple vendors/people to ensure cohesive end results. Compile profit loss reports to monitor job success.

Management of an entire team during shifts, monitor stock, prepare inventory orders, document nightly paper work, train new employees, acquire customer complaints, keep fresh food available at all times, and delegate duties to staff each shift.
