As Onboarding Business Coach, I am responsible for leading new franchisees through the onboarding process of launching their business and teaching them the Fresh Coat system. I am proud to be part of the operations team and am committed to the growth and success of my franchisees through operations, sales, and marketing support.Part of my daily responsibilities with onboarding include strategic business planning with a marketing plan, goal-setting, and revenue forecasting. During the startup of each business, I teach how to make each business profitable with in-home sales, pricing a project correctly, project budgeting, and project analysis. After guiding a new franchisee through the process of launching their Fresh Coat business, I help them with not only business goals, but also with personal goals. Each coaching call with a franchisee, we review: - Pricing, budget, and profitability of quoted projects - P&L and critical KPIs of their business - Marketing efforts being made to help attract new leads including: - Social Media (Facebook, Google+, Houzz, Yelp, and Porch) - Grassroots and canvassing - Networking including BNI and Chamber of Commerce - HR and recruiting tactics - Revenue Forecast to determine upcoming goals - Any quoting software questionsAlthough it is important to focus on the basics in business, we are constantly improving the Fresh Coat system with new manuals, new processes, and new marketing tactics. Communicating these updates with franchisees is also part of my daily responsibilities.On a monthly basis, I am responsible for training setup including ordering supplies, the agenda, and also partake in teaching the training class. On a yearly basis, I am responsible for planning and developing content for our National Conference where all franchisees attend to learn from industry experts, Fresh Coat initiatives, and learn from their peers through networking.
