I became a proud Texas Realtor in March of 2019. My husband and I have been real estate investors since 2016, and what started out as a hobby, quickly turned into a passion project which led me to pursue real estate full-time and get back to the thing I love most--PEOPLE! With over seven-and-a-half years of non-profit fundraising and corporate development experience, I have managed client and investor relationships with immaculate care. With a fresh eye for detail and project management, I knows how to work within a project timeline and budget while managing client expectations. I was promoted to Director of Fundraising just a few months before celebrating 4 years with National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc. There were many influential components of this promotion, but the largest factor was my involvement in a new and innovative fundraising campaign. As Project Manager, my role was instrumental in designing, planning, and executing the program and development of the iPhone application for the iTunes store that accompanied the program. As Project Manager I lead team meetings with sponsors and vendors, monitored the project budget and timeline, developed copy and content for the app along with sponsor facing collateral, and also wrote a case study for future planning. As Fundraising Director I have been able to serve NBCF by speaking at a few local non-profit organizations, including AMBUCS of Mesquite, Shawnee Trail Bike Club, and the “Pearls of Wisdom” women’s luncheon sponsored by Mass Mutual. In February 2015 I was able to further expand my public speaking opportunities and event planning skills in partnering with the Texas Legends (NBA D-leauge) for a Pink Jersey Night. From behind the scenes planning, to front line reporting, I played a lead role and represented NBCF with pre-game and in-game television interviews, and was also a guest on KVGI Radio. I am currently working towards expanding the reach of NBCF within the Frisco community, as well as casting the vision for the future of the NBCF Fundraising Department.

During my 3 years at NBCF, I have transformed through many different roles and at the same time remodeled the fundraising department at NBCF as a whole. I have helped retain fundraisers, grow fundraising revenue by 225% over 2 years, and bring order and processes to how the department operates. Looking forward,I hope to see NBCF reach out more to the local DFW area and make an impact right here at home.

• Assisting Associate Senior Pastor with preaching, speaking, calendar, and traveling engagements• Coordinating monthly Journey and Discovery seminars along with monthly Staff Leadership Forum meetings• Organizing and training volunteer leadership team for Gateway Adventure seminars• Successfully spear-headed the 2009 Willow Creek Leadership Summit simulcast over 2 days- Communicated with Willow Creek Association, event services, tech arts, & media to ensure success of the event• Collected & presented statistical data to Senior Staff members for the 2009 Gateway Adventure to show analysis of attendance throughout the year. This data was also submitted to Fellowship One for the creation of a report that other users could manage. • Lead team member of “Wednesday’s Committee” to help further Gateway Staff Community• Volunteers for various ministries: CONNECT, Women’s, Groups, Project 114, Seven Young Adults
