Divisional Sales Recruiting Manager• Manage a team of SBS sales recruiters with a total headcount of 271, plus handle an individual multi-state territory of 138 headcount• Engage in weekly planning sessions with direct reports for follow-up on region headcount as well as strategies for successfully managing their territories, client relationships and workflow• Responsible for keeping the SBS, Central Division DVP’s informed of staffing activities for the entire Central division made up of 18 regions • Responsible for the integration, sales workflow design and recruiter training of both the Ariba purchasing and the Taleo database for the SBS sales recruiters• Developed multiple step-by-step training documents and conducted on going training sessions and tools for SBS sales recruiters• At the request of the Central Division DVP, successfully co- developed, piloted and presented results on a retention interview project to be rolled out across the Central Division
