I am a woman.I have ADHD, I didn't know I had ADHD until I was nearly 40.I am bisexual and have been out an proud since my teens.Sport has been a huge part of enjoying my life, developing my resilience, developing personal and professional relationships and has literally (no hyperbole) saved my life.These are all things that have shaped my life and made me the person I am today. I think one of the most valuable things people can try to do is make the world a better place for others, in any way, big or small. I hope the work that I am doing now adds to my contributions to the world.I work in sport welfare and hope to support clubs and sports organisations to develop their culture to be safe, inclusive and the kind of environment where people thrive.
