I first joined Cosine as a receptionist whilst also supporting company directors. The role developed into supporting two of the company directors as their dedicated Personal Assistant. My strong organisational capabilities are a key skill in this role, ensuring diaries are well managed, meetings are in place, and travel and accommodation are organised. Excellent communication skills are very important in keeping all board directors up to speed. I have grown my Microsoft Office skills further as I spend time developing key presentations for client and internal meetings and important company communications. Aside from my role as a PA I am also responsible for our charity relationship with Farm Africa and monthly company social events, including the annual family BBQ and Christmas party.

Designing new forms and supporting a team of seven, performing general administration duties including filing, photocopying, copy typing, booking meetings, arranging diaries and maintaining spreadsheets.
