About Laura Hitt

Over the past 30+ years, I have coached actors, singers, business professionals, academics, and medical professionals to become more physically and vocally aware, free, and expressive. In addition, I wrote and published, "Human Rights: Great Speeches throughout History". I have also written for numerous academic articles, was editor of the "Voice and Speech Review" published by Routledge. In addition, I have written materials for healthcare providers and leading academics. Primary focus of my work focuses upon supporting people of all walks of life to deepen their connection with an expressive & somatic voice. As an integral part of voicework, clients discover the joy and freedom of greater breath and body awareness. I lead workshops and hold private 1 to 1 sessions via zoom or skype. In addition, I offer astrological counseling as an adjunct to my coaching work, which provides insight into a client's life cycles and life potential. Specialties: Speaking voice, breath and vocal relaxation techniques, leadership training, creativity workshops, voice/soma integration, and astrological consultations.
