Lead Dropbox's Talent Acquisition Programs and Emerging Talent Programs teams. Program scope: Dropbox Bar Raiser Program, hiring team effectiveness and training, global intern and new grad programs, early career recruiting events and external partnerships.

Own Emerging Talent team operations, and manage a team of program managers responsible for external recruiting events/initiatives and internal early-career programming, serving interns, apprentices, new grads, L1s, and more.

Oversaw all external diversity partnerships at Dropbox, including but not limited to: diversity conferences (NSBE, GHC, LWT, AfroTech, SHPE) and diversity-focused organizations (Code2040, Girls Who Code). Launched Dropbox's first-ever engineering apprenticeship program, Ignite.

Responsible for optimizing and strengthening Presidio’s student support services, including: student affairs events and programming, supervision of student organizations, and day-to-day student service offerings.Responsibilities include:Oversee the day-to-day student affairs operations and programming; assist with student volunteer, career, and internship matching; supervise in-person classroom logistics; advise student groups, clubs, and competitions; planned bi-annual fall and spring new student orientations; oversee student membership, health insurance, disability accommodations, and student business services.

Responsible for all phone and email customer service correspondence. Assisted with Expo volunteer coordination and social media strategy and implementation.

Assisted with the planning and implementation of the Department’s major events: Annual Partner Golf Tournament, Caltopia Festival, PLAYgreen Festival, Rival10 Bay Area Race, and Cal Rec Sports' two online auction fundraisers.
