Designed and developed highly creative learning concepts, bringing them to life with an in-house design studio. Lead an adventurous one-week Graduate conference bringing together 35 graduates from all over the world to deepen relationships across a global business. Ran a 6-month Agile Leadership development programme for a growing technology start-up. Facilitator on many team development days, management training, and leadership sessions.

Worked for two years in this health-tech start-up. Grounded in behavioural nudge theory, we were on the mission of improving wellbeing through the power of stair climbing and gamification. Advised and consulted to bring new clients on board whilst growing a successful sales team of three. Was part of rebuilding the the company strategically from the brink of failure - and as a result was one of my most impactful learning experiences of my career.

Conceived, launched and ran Happy Sugar Habits - a business with the vision to inspire and help people manage their relationship with sugar and overall wellbeing. What started out as a personal blog then developed into a business with group coaching and digital products. Ran an e-mail list and loyal community of 5000 individuals all over the world - sending weekly newsletters and writing over 400 articles. Featured in The Daily Mail, Grazia and Glamour Magazine.

Significant hours spent 1-2-1 coaching and giving feedback to graduates and developing the IBM Foundation graduate scheme.

Management consulting experience working with large public and private sector organisations on strategic operational issues. This included large IT transformations and smaller process improvement/lean consultancy projects. Led the Lancaster University recruitment team and obtained a merit in the Open University's IT Professionals Programme qualification.
