Currently project managing as well as implementing a client with 155 sites. Have two major additional clients and am transitioning from Sales Engineering.

Assist in managing accounts and relationships with the Realpage Sales Team, including product demonstrations, RFP's, RFQ's, Proposals and client analysis. * Proactively communicate the value proposition for all of the Realpage integrated product solutions to Corporate level contacts as a team subject matter expert. * Aiding in the training process for new hires within the Sales team. *Providing documentation for Sales team including demo power points, sales training docs. *Help in review of marketing materials primarily for Velocity. *Tracking the sales process through current software, follow-up support, etc

Manage Strategic accounts and relationships for Resident Solutions. * Proactively communicate the value proposition for each Crossfire, Payments and Velocity for new accounts through their on-boarding process. * Evaluate service performance for clients to increase ROI and NOI, i.e. client portfolio reporting and analysis. *Drive implementations and activation goals for Resident Solutions

Lead the Implementation department, creating activity reports, review workflow for dept., interviewing, and training documentation. * Work with Corporate Level contacts in implementation of software. * Full training and software set-up for multiple situations and clients handling anywhere from single sites to larger roll-outs consisting of upwards of 60+ sites. * Training implementation staff thoroughly to increase numbers production. * Consistently performing above implementation plans and goals by at least 30%.

Handling a portfolio of 30-60 sites, including managing multiple contacts while billing efficiently with minimum error. * Familiarizing myself with regulatory laws in multiple states. * Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients. * Help with organizing team building exercises. * Acquired by Realpage, assisted with transition.
