Before joining Happiest Baby, she gained invaluable experience during her 12-year tenure at the Advisory Board Company, where she collaborated with executives from more than 100 health systems. Her role involved providing proactive insights, actionable strategies, and practical tools to help leaders work more efficiently and effectively.Leveraging her extensive background and expertise, Laura combines her passion for improving maternal and newborn health to spearhead education efforts about SNOO's groundbreaking potential to enhance hospital care.Beyond her professional commitments, Laura actively contributes to the community by serving on the Board of the Children's Health Guild, a non-profit organization dedicated to raising funds for UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital and the George Mark Children's House.
