Division head with $4M P&L accountability leading multi-channel marcom strategy to drive revenue through the company’s sales channel of 7,000+ independent financial business owners located in 76 U.S. markets. Lead a team of 13 to create and deliver curated content across digital and traditional channels, training platforms and large tent pole events. • B2B2C Marketing: Lead market development strategy to amplify national brand and revenue growth in local sales offices. Integrated plans include strategies for client acquisition and retention, sales representative recruitment and development, client experience and loyalty programs, 501c3 fundraising, event marketing, earned/owned/paid media and multi-channel promotion.• Lead Gen Optimization: Build and deploy multi-media sales enablement resources, nurturing campaigns, training and best practices to increase sales productivity. Employ ADKAR® model to motivate sales performance and activity. Drive client acquisition results through sales leader board competitions, influencer strategies and recognition campaigns. • Communication Strategy: Lead and activate marcom strategy for field force of 7,000+ sales representatives. Curate content to inform and engage advisors on enterprise-wide marketing initiatives, programs and resources as well as segmented CTA campaigns to drive targeted adoption. • Training Conferences and Events: Set marketing experience and event strategy for engaging and educating 12,000 attendees at high-profile tent pole events including company annual meeting and four regional meetings. Oversee speaker lineup, presentation content, exhibit hall, experiential activations, event promotions, vendor management and logistics.
