About Marianne White

When I was 23, I dropped 100 pounds. I literally dropped the Kate Moss that was hanging on me like a baby monkey. I refuse to use the word "lost." I know exactly where that weight went and it was one of the most difficult things I had to do. While I was on this crazy journey, I thought about quitting approximately 10,000 times. (Probably an under-exaggeration). But despite the mental and physical fatigue, devotion to numbers (the scale, calories, macros, reps for God's sake, etc...), and a celery overdose (pretty sure that's a thing), I kept going. I'm that girl. Once I set my mind to something, it WILL happen. Now, I put all of that energy to working as a marketing specialist. While I don't have to drop pounds, I am still devoted to numbers. If I am not making a quantifiable positive impact on the environment around me, then I don't feel as though I have done my job. I have worked many different roles before I found this new journey, and have tried to leave each stop along the way better than when I arrived. When I'm not talking numbers or fighting off Kate Moss (she's sort of needy) I like to hike, spend time with the goofballs I love, or I'm off re-reading Harry Potter for the millionth time (again, probably an under-exaggeration). I look forward to connecting with you!
