Decreased outstanding receivables from 5% down to 0.6% even though there were 260 more clients during the same timeframe.PROJECT LEADERSHIP• Conducted analysis and developed tiered contract pricing increases in alignment with marketing guidelines. Steered the contract renewal project through two iterations, demonstrating leadership and strategic oversight.• Oversaw the outreach and resolution of out-of-balance accounts, consistently ensuring compliance with policies. Personally handled the most challenging accounts, some of which had not been balanced for over five years. Effectively escalated issues and delegated tasks to the team.SYSTEM OPTIMIZATION• Proactively identified the need for a workflow management system, evaluating multiple solutions and creating a business case. Initially focused on my department, expanded the proposal for the entire finance group, selecting Monday.com. Developed use cases and projected a return on investment, anticipating a weekly time-saving of at least 17 hours. Implementation scheduled for 2024.• Created or improved multiple Excel dashboards for use within the Finance department to improve processing, some of which use extensive pivot tables and macros.
