I have loved conducting quality management activities ever since my very first job at the age of 8. My father owned a milk hauling company and my job was to collect a sample of milk from each farm on the route. Each sample required a label which enhanced my attention to detail. Even at the age of 8, I was proud to help deliver the best tasting cheese in Wisconsin! Unbeknown to me this was the foundation of my passion for detail and quality. After looking back at my work history and each one of my positions I see a clear pattern. I have gravitated towards analyzing systems, controls and implementing change to deliver a higher quality product, service or system. While I have enjoyed the opportunities in a variety of industries my true passion is the financial industry where I began my professional career and have over 20 years experience.
