Reorganized the IT division to better support a new emphasis on content and digital identity as well as to create teams within IT that can better respond to staff and public needs. Youngstown, Ohio Area

Delivered library services to children from birth to 16 years. Provided support for caregivers and educators. Designed and implemented preschool story time, literature-based, craft programs as well as events that referenced contemporary culture for school age children and teens. Instruction in Library use for class rooms both in the Library and at the children's location. Responsible for children's services at four Library facilities.

Responsible for grant writing and fund raising. Managed a staff of 15 full and part time professional and paraprofessionals. Moved the organization from advocacy and a system of community-based "safe houses" to a 12 bed residential shelter.
