I like to think of myself as a dreamer with one foot on the ground, always striving for a more inspirational future state, while also planning a pathway for us to get there!I am a capable and deliberate leader who is motivated to achieve impactful results with tenacity. My parents always joke that my first word was ‘No’- I do not give up easily, and believe that the best learning comes from also experiencing an obstacle or two! As a leader, I am known for my level-headed approach, and have often been told that my patience and compassionate honesty is a strength that creates a sense of safety and trust on a team. I am known as a reliable team player who is intentional in her decision-making, and is focused on making things better. I strive to be a leader who leads with courage, integrity, and that inspires others to always be learning and growing to be their best self. I love talking about leadership, assessment of learning programs, and the future trends in learning and organizational development.
