I was formerly a Senior Attorney at IBM, where I was appointed as general counsel of its joint-venture VT-Services, mainly dealing with corporate, compliance, data protection/privacy, and contract management. I had previously been a senior legal counsel with the international firm Gianni & Origoni for over 10 years, mainly focusing on transactional projects in the Corporate/M&A department.I contribute in my working experience with a positive, responsible and transparent approach, which facilitates team building.I have travelled extensively around the world and developed a deep interest in different cultures and mentalities. I have studied and worked in foreign countries and learnt various languages. As a result, I am very inclined to working in an international and inclusive environment, with an open-minded and constructive approach.
