Leads Cigna's enterprise strategy, product roadmap & execution for Virtual Health Solutions (VHS). VHS encompasses Virtual Visits, Extended Networks, Remote Health Monitoring, Virtual Treatment and Omni-Channel Coaching.

- Serve as US Product Liaison with the Retail / Customer Value Strategy & Innovation COE teams to drive innovative customer-focused solution development & business growth. Participate in front-end solution definition, creation and demo processes, & lead teams and development of business cases.- Ensure that customer insights are disseminated, deeply understood, and used as the basis for development of innovative new products and services.- Leads and manages pilot or test programs that drive incremental improvements in product offerings or resolve identified customer pain points.
