Responsible for facilitating business change management by acting as a liaison between the business and development to help define a set of specifications which translate into valuable business solutions and technology systems. Develop detailed business requirements, process flow diagrams, and other analysis artifacts and facilitate communication between groups to ensure the desired functionality is being built and meets the defined vision.

Relied on my 20+ years of Workers’ Compensation, Leave, HR, Benefit, Payroll background to develop software solutions in order to enhance our program. Responsible for the administration, enhancement and maintenance of our HR web based enterprise solution. Facilitated discussions with our HR group to identify business needs and to elicit, define and document requirements. I worked as the liaison between the business and the vendor to communicate requirements and to ensure the solution met expectations. Managed the project from conception to implementation which included business requirement documentation, change management, UAT, training and implementation.

I have 20+ years combined experience in HR including workers’ compensation, leave of absence, payroll, benefits, safety and personnel. This includes processing and managing workers’ compensation claims and leave of absences. OSHA documentation and safety training. Payroll processing for 300+ employees. Onboarding new employees and benefit package management.
