- Handled workshops for Voice and digital campaigns with users and clients.
- Managed the integration of email and chat functionalities, along with the Technical support for API endpoints.
- Supporting several other Genesys ORG’s of Sedgwick with trouble shooting and RCA’s.
- Responsible for design, staging, configuration, implementation, and support of IVR/ACD scripts
- Providing day-to-day support, proactive maintenance, and perform independent IVR system troubleshooting and perform root-cause analysis
