Founded in 2012, The Committee was a members-only group of cultural programmers focused on producing unique experiences for New York City’s arts community. Exploring the constantly blurring line between art, fashion, design, and music, The Committee was dedicated to bringing contrasting individuals or groups together in order to expand the boundaries within each field. Through artist studio visits, gallery talks, and pop-up exhibitions, The Committee’s goal was to make the arts more accessible to New York City’s young professionals and creatives.
