Experienced Public Health Practitioner (UKPHR registered), Darzi Fellow Alumni with a history of working on service development and systems change programs. Passionate about joining up health and care, prevention and early intervention, population health management, simplifying the system to better meet citizens needs through co-production. Worked across Provider organizations and local authorities, CCGs and ICSs. Programs of work include systems change projects including for those with Multiple & Severe Disadvantage (homeless, mental health, substance misuse and repeat the interaction with criminal justice and health services), The First 1000 days of life and integrated children's services. I've also worked across Integrated Care System development, governance, program prioritization whilst leading integrated commissioning portfolios. Have worked across Health Care Public Health, Health Improvement, commissioning and service design.
