With over 20 years of experience in tax, sales, and account management, I am a Director, Solutions Relationship - Tax at KPMG US, where I build and grow relationships with both existing and new clients of the firm's State and Local Tax (SALT) practice. I leverage my tax law and taxation knowledge and my account penetration, new business development, and key account management skills to engage companies with the industry-leading tax compliance, controversy, consulting, and planning services that the SALT practice provides.As state budget deficits continue to decline, many states seek new revenue streams and are more aggressive than ever before in enforcing compliance and assessing penalties for non-compliance. State tax laws are not consistent across states and legislation is in a constant state of change. My mission is to help businesses stay up to speed with these complexities and risk issues, and to provide them with strategic solutions that optimize their tax outcomes and minimize their tax liabilities.
