Affinity manages the licensing program for these organizations and works with thousands of wholesale and retail vendors to deliver high quality goods and services. As the Senior Director of Accounting and Human Resources, I have the unique opportunity to work with vendors and clients to ensure their licensing requirements and needs are being met, while also working with the team internally to establish and maintain a positive employee experience. In my Accounting role, I manage a team of three (four including myself) and together we review and analyze thousands of sales reports to ensure accurate reporting, manage invoices, provide sales reports and payment to clients, conduct audits, and improve processes. Within my Human Resources role, I onboard and off-board employees, schedule and participate in annual performance reviews, plan team connection events and development opportunities, and manage PTO scheduling. I am most proud of the projects I spearheaded that used creative thinking, problem-solving and collaboration to improve processes as well as the initiatives I lead that directly impacted employees in a positive way and improved their quality of life.
