I managed Site Acquisition for AT&T. I managed Site Acq vendors, AE and permitting vendors to assure that all leasing, CD’s, SA’s and permits are completed and acquired. Successfully coordinated Site Acquisition vendors, A&E and permitting vendors to ensure timely completion of leasing, CDs, Sas and permits. I worked Site Acquisition for T-mobile in the New Jersey/ PA markets for New build projects. My responsibilities were to find viable candidates within a search ring or apply with tower companies for co-locations. Research zoning ordinances for telecommunications, tax maps, zoning maps, deeds and order title search. Negotiate the lease and set-up the A&E walk with the A&E firm, RF engineers and owner, for feasibility and design. Order CD's, survey or structurals (if needed). Review and correct CD's, etc. Send finals to owner for approval and permits and NOC for signature (if required by jurisdiction) . File zoning and/or building permits with jurisdiction. Update on a weekly basis in client databases and trackers to report status of tasks.
