I absolutely love what I do each day. During my 10-plus year tenure at Orion, I have worked in a full spectrum of executive and leadership positions, honing my skills as a collaborative, client-oriented, people-focused leader. I care equally about relationship-building and metrics of success.As the current Global President, I establish and communicate the vision, mission, and overall direction for Orion Worldwide. Using the depth and breadth of my leadership skills, I’m focused on driving culture, talent, and results — all in partnership with our senior leadership team that’s positioned across the world. As a longtime problem-solver and negotiator, my work is centered on future success by driving value for our clients and opportunity for our teams. Through formal and informal methods, I continually work to increase global performance and profitability.Most recently, I was the Global Client Officer for Orion. Every day, I inspired and guided our client-service leaders and teams, who uncover challenges, discover innovative solutions, and deliver tangible results through our suite of proprietary products. In May 2020, I took on a new role leading the expansion of OPEN, our addressable offering at Orion.Prior to my dual role as Global Client Officer and global head of OPEN, I was the President, Orion U.S., in which I set short and long-term goals, plans and strategies, resulting in consecutive years of revenue growth and increased profitability. In previous roles, I spearheaded growth at Orion as the EVP, Director of Client and Media Services and SVP, Client Services.
