• Navigated staff through an enterprise-wide IT conversion, including coaching staff managers, using the Prosci Change Management model.
• Facilitated organizational professional development on employee appreciation, culture building, giving and receiving feedback, and change management best practices.
• Created the young alumnae leadership program, a cohort for volunteers 1-5 years post graduation. This program develops skills related to coaching; mental health; psychological safety; change management; and diversity.
• Facilitated a Volunteer Program Audit, a five-phase strategic planning process evaluating 12 criteria, including volunteer recruitment, onboarding, staff relationships and retention.
• Distributed and analyzed an annual volunteer satisfaction survey, and presented year‐over-year data to key stakeholders, including the board of directors.

• Identified the need for an organizational rebrand; conducted research; and rolled out new brand standards.
• Spearheaded the staff committee to redesign look and navigation of website.
• Coordinated email marketing strategy to a membership of 40,000, with open rates as high as 70%.
• Established the KDP Blog, which was viewed more than 33,000 times.
• Conducted marketing for Convocation—KDP’s biennial conference attended by 1,200 members—including media relations, coordination of event app, social media, on-site photography, participant emails, and post-event surveys.

• Developed the Fraternity’s social media strategy, honored by the Public Relations Society of America.
• Served on the committee to research and develop the Fraternity’s new brand: Leading Women.
• Served as the staff liaison for Theta’s international philanthropy, Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), for which the Fraternity raises more than $600,000 annually.
• Wrote and edited pieces for The Kappa Alpha Theta Magazine, circulation of more than 100,000, including interviews with alumnae Marlo Thomas and Melissa Stark, among others.

• Pitched and secured placement in local, regional, and national media, including the Wall Street Journal, SHAPE Magazine, the Indianapolis Star, among others.
• Prepared clients with media training, including interviews for Inside INdiana Business, IBJ Radio, and the Fox59 Morning Show, among others.
• Coordinated and trained staff on social media outreach for Dittoe Public Relations.

• Organized and oversaw implementation of an event at the capitol to raise awareness for affordable housing.
• Wrote feature stories and newsletter pieces for clients, including an interview with State Representative Steven Tobocman.
• Attended strategic planning meetings with client Capital Region Habitat for Humanity.
• Conducted media relations for clients, including calls, emails and press kit distribution, to local and regional outlets.
