I am an enthusiastic goal-oriented student of Accounting and have experience in the accounting field of over two decades. The roles in Accounting I have held include Bookkeeper, Accounts Receivable Clerk, Accounts Payable Coordinator, Accounting Clerk, and others which developed my experience, knowledge, and training in many aspects of Accounting, including GAAP and Financial Accounting. My exceptional performance with employers provided more opportunities with tasks like developing Operating processes, producing Standard Operating Procedures and organizational Operations documents, training and training program innovations. Accounting was an immediate fit for my analytical and logical thought processes, and I am pursuing my Associate's Degree in Accounting online at Southern New Hampshire University to continue my knowledge and comprehension and strengthen my skills in all areas. An accuracy rate of 97% was measured in my Accounts Receivable Clerk role, and contributed to a decrease in Aged AR for a previous client from 87% to 3%. My favorite hobbies are playing any and all types of games, which are problem solving, strategy building, and analytical skills I add to my portfolio and strengthen the skills in my career. The term "go-to" has been used consistently within the organizations I have worked with as I am always happy and willing to go the extra mile for the colleagues, clients, and companies I have worked with, as well as being flexible and adapting to changes with enthusiasm and positivity. Currently I am seeking a remote position in Accounting with a company that embodies a team culture, embraces communication and innovation, and encourages feedback and development for its staff.
