Accountable for the execution of the social media strategy: developing and managing owned, earned and paid media across LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube. A key element of the role is the being the content ‘engine’ for the marketing team driving consideration, awareness and engages our different segments in our customer base as well as generating leads through events, webinars and our website - ensuring it is fully integrated with our social media strategy.

To develop and maintain an up-to-date reference directory of key industry matters of UK and European regulation and legislation that applies to Industrial and Commercial customers in the UK energy market.Provide accurate and comprehensive advice on regulatory issues affecting activities including, producing regulatory updates to all levels from senior management to providing information for newsletters sent to our customers. It is key for me to work with senior stakeholders to identify and resolve regulatory issues and to ensure new policies and procedures meet regulatory requirements and are rolled out to the business. This is a secondment role and I am due to return back to my customer service position in September 2014.

Project management and business case leader in the creation of a CRC proposal and process. I developed and implemented and new process upon which my main responsibilities included: Dissecting legislation and breaking down complex information in order to advise the need foe compliance to the wider business to ensure current regulations are adhered to.I also had to make clear recommendations to Corporates to minimise risks to the business as well as liaise and engage with key stakeholders at various levels within the business to ensure the project was rolled out and co-ordinated in the correct manner to tight deadlines which ensured operational capability.
