Account Manager, Global Patient Recruitment
CurrentClient Relationship Management:- Serve as the primary point of contact for all pharmaceutical, CRO, and clinical research clients.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.- Understand client goals, objectives, and unique recruitment challenges.Project Oversight:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including recruitment strategists, marketing, and analytics, to develop and execute patient recruitment strategies tailored to each client's needs.- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.- Monitor and report on recruitment progress to clients and internal stakeholders.Strategic Planning:- Work with clients to define recruitment objectives and develop strategic plans to achieve them.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in patient recruitment to provide innovative solutions to clients.Data Analysis and Reporting:- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and insights.- Prepare and present regular reports to clients, highlighting the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and suggesting adjustments as needed.Compliance and Quality Assurance:- Ensure all recruitment efforts comply with regulatory and ethical standards.- Implement quality assurance processes to maintain the highest standards in patient recruitment.Budget Management:- Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
