I am a Senior Executive with over a decade of board level experience across manufacturing, fast moving consumer goods (FMCG), retail, not for profit, circular economy, education and management consulting.I am currently the Chief Financial Officer at Norco Co-operative Limited. Previously I was Chief Finance & Commercial Officer at Exchange for Change leading the container deposit scheme with NSW & ACT governments. I led nation-wide revenue growth strategies at Coca-Cola South Pacific, and commercial finance strategy and a transformational manufacturing project at BAT.At board level what I do is drive governance best practice and financial rigour through sustainable and long term strategic planning. I do that, leveraging over a decade of experience leading teams across finance, commercial, projects, IT, operations and people and culture. Board level highlights include: Board Member at ACT Government's Registration Standards Advisory Board (advising Minister for Education and Youth Affairs); Finance Committee Member at Jane Goodall Institute Australia; Finance Committee Chair at Ipswich Hospital Foundation; and Company Secretary of Stuartholme School Board/ Finance & Facilities Committee/ Governance, Compliance & Risk Committee.Finally, I have a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Information Technology.
