Diversity, Equity And Inclusion Manager
At Unbounce, we believe that when employees are able to bring their full selves to work and embrace the same from others that we learn from each other, we innovate, and we co-create an environment where we can do the best work of our careers. Unbounce has always championed diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) within its own walls and out in the community. Tracking, Measurement, and Accountability – establishing DEI KPIs, collecting and analyzing data to be able to measure things like pay parity, representation, and feelings of inclusion and belonging in the employee experience, as well as creating transparent reporting structures to ensure access to this information and progress. 4. Internal Culture – evaluating how to be more inclusive in what we celebrate as a company, equipping Unbouncers with the practice and knowledge to have uncomfortable and courageous conversations, and holding each other accountable to equitable and inclusive behaviours and actions every day.5.
