Oversaw a broad range of small to multi-million dollar, highly technical projects with integration across several engineering specialties with a physiologic emphasis. Employed innovative but practical methodology to deliver products in a timely and cost-effective manner. Bridged communication between customers, internal program management office, executives, engineers, and scientists. Models range from end-to-end predictive concussion models, blunt trauma injury models, dynamic physiologic response to stressors, physical performance outcome, head supported mass injury, toxic gas inhalation injury, burn injury, and bone stress fracture analysis. For each project, I actively work to ensure that high scientific integrity is maintained, innovative but practical methods are employed, and products are completed and delivered in a timely manner. Customers include Military Research and Materiel Command-Military Operational Medicine Research Program, Joint Non-Lethal Weapons Directorate, and Office of Naval Research.
