She brings a wealth of experience building brands from the ground up, leveraging intentional and authentic design ethos to communicate core business values and brand purpose.Laurel is the Owner and Creative Director of Heartbrew, a design agency specializing in branding, packaging and web development. Prior to running her own creative consultancy full-time, Laurel was the Creative Director of The Hybrid Creative, the premier full-service creative agency in cannabis. In this role she oversaw all the agency’s creative projects across both the Los Angeles and Santa Rosa offices, and managed a team of brilliant designers, strategists, and project managers. Laurel was also part of the agency’s leadership team, helping define the agency’s business strategy, leading the development of new services, and fostering a positive, inclusive agency culture.
