Coordinated all aspects of the National Glass Leadership Institute (GLI), a leadership training program for young professionals in 26 regional offices across the country and Leadership 2020, a next step program for select GLI graduates who are trained to be the next generation of leaders.Supervised and trained 40 staff from across the country on how to run the program including recruiting, developing, and supporting their young leaders as well as facilitating a staff conference call every 6 weeks to discuss best practices and ideas.Created a manual on how to run a successful GLI program.

Organized and coordinated nominations for various lay leadership positions, including officers of the League. Solicited nominations from lay leaders and professional staff, organized nominations process, and gathered background information on nominees. Coordinated the Glass Leadership Institute for the Region and founded the Young Professionals Division, dedicated to increasing public awareness of ADL while building financial support for its programs through education and special events. Handled all Board leadership including new member orientation, monthly meetings and the Annual Board Meeting. Developed manual for members and engaged them in trainings and programming. Staffed the Nominations Committee which recruits and reviews nominations for new members as well as reviews and evaluates the eligibility of incumbent membersOrganized special events and insider briefings including a Middle East Conference, book signings and speaker engagements and coordinated committee agendas. Development experience included planning fundraising events such as a biannual phone-a-thon, soliciting and acknowledging donor contributions, researching foundations, honorees and donors.Member of the Management Team and Global Constituent Management Team which designed a system to update and clean over one million donor records.
