Currently serving as Chief of Staff for the 38th iteration of William & Mary's High School Model United Nations (WMHSMUN), a student-run MUN conference hosted annually in Williamsburg, VA by the International Relations Club. As Chief of Staff, I oversee a volunteer staff corps of 115 individuals, who in turn support nearly 700 high school delegates. My responsibilities include pre-conference logistics, staff recruitment and training, and serving as a general point of contact throughout conference.

I work with a team of 10 to complete research regarding dehumanisation of various groups through their representation in the media, particularly in the UK, using systematic text analysis. My research is completed under the guidance of Professor Maurits van der Veen.

I work collaboratively with a group of 5, under the advise of our editor-in-chief, to produce Parliamentary One Pagers discussing the impacts of impending Scottish legislation on the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. Our work is distributed throughout the local St. Andrews/greater Fife community as well as to our Fife MSP. Affiliated with UN House Scotland and UNA-UK.
