The firm’s clients include some of the nation’s major credit card issuers, financial institutions, and investment banks. -Provide paralegal support to 2 attorneys in the Pennsylvania litigation site -Drafting and mailing of correspondence including but not limited to review, document, and calendar all incoming mail. Deadline sensitive correspondence and pleadings in mail including lawsuits that contain hearing dates, statewide Sheriff’s returns, Orders, Motions, communications from courts and opposing counsel, filed judgments, and pending bank attachments with strict pleading deadlines-Copying and organizing exhibits for trial, accounting functions associated with civil filings in all PA counties, review and document results from service returns, communicate with courts regarding questions and/or issues with filings. -Manage FTP uploads for PA new filings -Drafting lawsuits inclusive of county specific cover pages and Sheriff’s Service forms, calendar and deadline management, preparation and mailing of Rule 1305 notices, drafting of 10 Day Notices, drafting of judgment paperwork, drafting of judgment enforcement paperwork and filings subsequent to judgment enforcement -Regularly interact with colleagues in main office located in New York City and other litigation sites throughout the country

Managed project involving revivals of civil judgments (civil judgments in Pennsylvania require revival every five years)Project involves research of over 2,000 judgment records, preparation of legal forms necessary for filing revival which vary by county, review of legal service and preparation of legal forms required for entry of revived judgment recordPerform administrative support to managing attorney, inclusive of research.
