Volunteer Steering Committee member position as a member of the ACBRD HypoPAST Project.

- Completed a 9 month maternity leave cover for the National Health Promotion Manager- Coordinate the development and completion of all client health promotion materials (including interactive displays, tools, workshops, expos etc) with the Health Promotion Manager- Keep up-to-date with the latest health research and news to ensure our clients receive the latest information and research in their materials

- Manage all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.- Development of yearly marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.- Co-ordination of marketing campaigns.- Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.- Planning and implementation of promotional campaigns.- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity- Prepare online and print marketing campaigns.- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.- Create a wide range of different marketing materials.- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.- Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.

HEALTH PROMOTION:• Ongoing development and innovation of new Health Promotion resources including, but not limited to, information booklets, handouts, theme material, workshop presentations, interactive tools, expos, competitions, exercise & nutrition programs, e-resources, Project Manager learning resources, DVD scripts. • Review / update / revamp of existing Health Promotion resources as needed• Health and injury prevention related research• Design of new Health Promotion material including – development of templates for health promotion material, co-branding,creation & development of new resources as required by project managers• Occasional delivery of health promotion related services e.g. interactive displays, expos and workshops• Participation in R&D team meetings, brainstorm sessions and one-on-one development meetings with R&D managerMARKETING• Brainstorm development, and management of, annual Marketing calendar• Development and communication of detailed Marketing briefs and action plans for Marketing initiatives• Coordination of conference activities including preparation, lead generation & management, industry research• Manage and measure leads generated from Marketing initiatives, review & evaluate effectiveness of initiatives • Development of Marketing initiative material and resources• Development of social media Marketing material and resources• Development of specific point of sales material (brochures, handouts, reference docs)• Ongoing development of proposal templates and service flyers• Ongoing development of monthly HbD e-newsletters• Key Focus Area marketing campaigns & initiatives• Social media management of company profiles
