Post-Doctoral Research Fellow in University College Dublin on the PLAN’EAT project with the aim to support young adults transition to healthier and more sustainable dietary behaviours. PhD in Human Nutrition: influencing adolescents’ dietary behaviours to reduce the risk of obesity in the Nutrition Innovation Centre for Food and Health (NICHE), Ulster University. HEA Associate Fellow (AFHEA): I have experience in tutoring and delivering lectures to MSc & BSc Dietetic, Human Nutrition and Food & Nutrition Science students.Some of my extra curricular activities include:• Member of the IFST NI Branch Committee.• STEM Ambassador: I partake in multiple outreach programmes primarily within school settings and other educational environments.Previous extra curricular activities: • Nutrition Society Student Representative for the Island of Ireland (2020-2022).• Nutrition Society Student Section Member (2020-2022).• Chair of the Institute of Food Science & Technology (IFST) UK Student Group (2020-2021).• NICHE PhD Representative (2021-2022)
